Eiffage Immobilier has just taken a stake in the capital of SmartHab, operator of smart home solutions for new residential real estate whose company is today the 2nd customer. With this investment, Eiffage Immobilier wishes to develop its offer of intelligent and connected solutions.
The French are increasingly equipping their homes with connected objects, since 10.4% were equipped with them in 2018, or about 3% compared to 2017 according to the Statista Institute.
This fundamental trend is fully in line with Real Estate’s strategy to design the housing of tomorrow by integrating a range of new services linked to the latest technological innovations.
Created in 2016, SmartHab offers a range of connected objects, applications and services that are natively integrated into new buildings during their construction. These services are coupled to a mobile application allowing users to control their heating, lighting points, shutters, intrusion alarm or even to track their energy consumption remotely.
This will enable Eiffage Immobilier customers to benefit from connected, turnkey units designed to offer them more comfort and security.
