Located on the Quai de la Tamise in Calais, this is the name that has been chosen for this new senior residence, which will open in spring 2023 and for which construction work will begin in June.
Built for the developer Groupe Edouard Denis, Terre d'Opale Habitat acquired the project under a VEFA (Vente en l'Etat Futur d'Achèvement) contract, the first stone of which was laid in mid-May.
The ABPLUSARCHITECTURE firm designed the project, which covers more than 5,000 m² of floor space for the 76 flats in the senior residence.
From the outside, there are numerous balconies and decorative bands on the boulevard façade, with a reminder of the architecture of the North by the brick plaques on the ground floor and on the gable.
