Eiffage Polska Budownictwo delivers the first part of the operation Mennica in Warsaw

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has finished the construction of the housing residence of the operation Mennica for the company Mennica Polska S.A (Money Hotel of Poland) in Warsaw.

The Mennica Complex gathered a modern apartment building, a set of offices and stores located in the Tower of Inheritance. The operation is currently under construction in the center of Mirów, a livened up part of the district Wola of Warsaw.

The new building of housing, realized by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, represents the first step delivered of the project Mennica. The building of 29,668 m ² is ordered in two high towers in R+8 and R+15 with a main entrance in the corner of streets Grzybowska and Zelazna.
The facade, with a simple and geometrical architecture, is designed by Brzozowski/Grabowiecki Architekci with top of range and sustainable materials.

The building includes 189 apartments from 26 m ² to 300 m², among which 7 penthouses on the last floor. Most are provided with a terrace, a loggia, with a balcony or a garden. The residents will also benefit from an internal garden.
Finally, subterranean parking spaces and cellars will be available on two levels of basement.

This residential building will not only offer housing. Indeed, the ground floor will make available a range of recreational facilities: a ground of squash, a fitness gym, cloakrooms, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a common terrace, a massage room and a beauty salon.
"Club Room" will be proposed to the residents to organize receptions or improvise a playroom for children.
