Eiffage Construction supports the occupational integration of young women with the project

The CSR project “cité une femme” initiated by the RCT (rugby club toulonnais) and the CREPI Méditerranée aims to support the professional ambitions of young women aged 18 to 25 from priority neighborhoods by accompanying and supervising them for 1 year. The club has asked 5 of its partners, including Eiffage Construction Sud-Est, in order to implement a sponsorship action with each of the selected young women.

With a desire to use its territorial reach to carry out committed societal projects, the RCT, associated with the employment agency A2I Paca and the association CREPI, invites its partners to take part in the operation "Cité une femme" whose main objective is to support young women in search of professional reintegration and to help them overcome problems such as lack of network, lack of self-confidence, social pressure and fear of failure.

Five young women were selected to take part in the project, where they were each sponsored by five representatives of the action’s partner companies.

Julien Brun, Price Study Engineer at Eiffage Construction in the Var, was the godfather of Coline Vigné, a young woman with the professional project of the profession of thanatopractrice, person in charge of practicing conservation care, and presentation on the bodies of the deceased. Julien’s mission is to develop the confidence of his godson, to make her aware of the world of work and to support her in her job search efforts through various meetings combining sport and exchanges.

This operation is in line with the various social actions carried out by Eiffage Construction in favour of the employment of persons with disabilities, young people or seniors, integration, the fight against illiteracy and gender equality.
