The police headquarters chose Eiffage Construction to group the laboratories of the national institute of scientific police of Ile-de-France (INPS) and the rehousing of the police headquarters of Saint-Denis on a common site.
The new offices of the INPS will gather 180 policemen, allocated at the moment on 3 Parisian sites, in a building of 7 400 m ² of four floors. We shall find the administrative department and the laboratories of biology, ballistics, toxicology with a better quality of equipments.
In front of the building, we will find the new commissionership of Saint-Denis. On a surface of 3 450 m ² in R+3, it will welcome 300 policemen.
The design project manager of this set is the Ameller Dubois & Associés agency.
The amount of the works rises at 23M€ HT. The earth-movings are in progress on the fallow land of 2 077 m ² located at the angle of the avenue Jean-Moulin and the street Georges-Politzer. The police officers should integrate their new offices before 2020.
