The students' schools network Compétences et Développement and the chocolate maker Debotté joined their new campus realized by Eiffage Construction

Designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti, HEP campus Nantes finally went out of ground after 2 years of works. Located in Nantes, the piloting of the project was assured by Eiffage Immobilier Grand Ouest for the schools network Compétences et Développement (C&D) as part of an urban project of the island of Nantes led since 2003 by the Society of arrangement of the metropolis the Atlantic West (SAMOA).

The chocolate maker Debotté and 7 private schools of the network Compétences and Développement were finally able to invest the 4000 m ² of the new establishment named "HEP campus Nantes" built by Eiffage Construction Atlantique Vendée.

The dark glazed facades of the building are dressed in 3 000 small strips of white concrete breezes-sun fibré ultra performing (BFUP) BSI ®, conceived by Eiffage Infrastructures. They wrap the building as  the light arises from the contrast and the interaction of the black and from the white.

The ground floor welcomes the first bakery of the famous Debotté chocolate maker of Nantes.

The new campus HEP (Humanism, Entrepreunariat, Professionalism) campus Nantes installed in floors, gathers 7 schools:

  • l'IFAG (management),
  • l'EPSI (accounting and management),
  • WIS (Web jobs),
  • Sup' de Com (communication),
  • l'IDRAC (business, marketing),
  • OSS (free software),
  • l'IGEFI (accounting and management).

The objective of this campus is to offer about 1 000 students at the same time a functional and friendly living environment.
