The project house of the International City of Gastronomy and Wine of Dijon opened its doors

On March 25, Jacques Delaine, Director of Eiffage Construction Grand-Est, welcomed François Rebsamen, Mayor of Dijon, and François Deseille, Deputy Mayor of the City of Gastronomy, for an opening ceremony and a visit of the old Chapel of the General Hospital, transformed into Project House.

On nearly 200m² and more than 100 linear meters of exhibitions, visitors can discover a lot of information about the site, its history, its different spaces and portraits of the first major actors of the future International City of Gastronomy and Wine.

Educational content presenting the wines of Burgundy and the Climats of the Burgundy vineyards inscribed on Unesco World Heritage, as well as a presentation of the excavations carried out on the site at the end of 2016 by the National Institute for Research and Preventive Archeology, Are also on the menu.

Free entrance - Reception of the public every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 14:00 to 18:00​
