On July 18th of this year, Champagne Burgundy Crédit Agricole signed the promise of VEFA (Sale in Future State of Completion) of the Village by CA, a structure intended to be an incubator of start-up on the site of the City of the Gastronomy and the Wine of Dijon.
Seduced by the location of the future International City of the Gastronomy and the Wine of Dijon, its closeness with the streetcar and the volume of the ground proposed (1 253m ²), Champagne Burgundy Crédit Agricole presented the concept "Village By CA" one and a half year ago to the teams of Eiffage Immobilier.
The Village by CA is an accelerator of business which puts in relation of start-up with companies to allow them to develop by finding growth drivers with partners. As well as the partners they can find the suppleness, the inspiration and another way there of working.
The Village BY CA is a rapidly growing concept. Indeed it counts 646 start-up, 462 partners and 200M€ of funds raised today in 2017.
This concept is already developed in 24 structures and 15 new are going to be built, included Dijon’s one.
The choice of facades and the volumetry of buildings were established with the french national architects ( ABF) and the Grand Est Regional Cultural Affairs Directorate ( DRAC) because the Village by CA has a building registered on historic monuments.
The project becomes a reality from now on with the promise of signed VEFA. The signature of the authentic act will intervene at the end of the year on 2018 and the construction will begin in January, 2019.
