Franck Gauthier recently joined Eiffage Construction as Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, he manages the entire HR network, which deals with urban planning, property development and construction in France and Europe, for this branch of the Eiffage group, which includes more than 11,000 employees. He also joins the executive committee of the branch.
Diversification of profiles, enrichment of the training offer, promotion of talents, employer brand and digitalization are all issues that Franck Gauthier will bring through the HR policy of Eiffage Construction, with the support of a decentralized network present on the whole territory, and relay in seven European countries.
Aged 48, holding a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Paris VIII and a Master II in Human Resources from the University of Paris IX, Franck Gauthier started his career at Renault. He joined in 1995 the world of the building in which he will occupy several positions of responsibility in France and abroad.
