Eiffage participates in the launch of the Web application "Entrepreneur Responsable" of the CREPI

Last November 21st, in the presence of Christophe Itier, High-commissioner in the Voluntary and united Sector, the national federation of the CREPI (regional clubs of partner companies of the insertion), chaired by Philippe Moulia, director Eiffage Construction North Aquitaine, threw the first web application "Entrepreneur Responsable" dedicated to the leaders of TPE-SME for the evaluation of their social and societal practices.

The Network of the CREPI, created by Eiffage in 1993, is one of the big national networks whose helping every person to find an employment through companies durably committed on their territories. One of its missions is to accompany the leaders of TPE-SME in the improvement of their practices of social responsibility.

In 2018, the guide Entrepreneur Responsable, developed in 2011, becomes a web application which invites the business managers to inform a simple, effective and fast on-line questionnaire. Having answered 60 questions concerning their daily practices, the leaders obtain their profile (novice, committed or convinced) and can download their certificate Entrepreneur Responsable.

In a continuous improvement approach, the managers of TPE-PME benefit from a personalized support by the CREPI of their region which suggests them simple and concrete actions operating in association with their teams and outer partners.

During this launch event, Frank Gauthier, human resources manager of Eiffage Construction, intervened to testify of the partnership nature of the links between large companies and TPE-SME as well as the role and responsibility of the big groups in the support of the latter in the field of the RSE. The insertion, formation and in a general way the support of the people towards the return in the employment are strong commitments of Eiffage shared by its collaborators, in the fault big implication in the CREPI and also in the actions supported by the Foundation Eiffage.
