Eiffage Immobilier transforms the former Grand Hotel of Pléneuf-Val-André into a tourist residence

Eiffage Immobilier installed the first stone of the future tourist residence Amiral in Pléneuf-Val-André (22) in the presence of Jean-Yves Lebas, Mayor of Pléneuf-Val-André and his assistants, Pascal Portier, Regional Director of Eiffage Construction Grand-AndréAlain Riguidel, Director of Eiffage Immobilier Grand-Ouest and Pascal Vaché, Director of Eiffage Construction Bretagne.
This project is the result of the rehabilitation of the former Grand Hotel along the promenade de la Digue in the municipality of Pléneuf-Val-André (22) located between Saint-Brieuc and Saint-Malo.

Facing the sea, the Admiral residence designed by architect Philippe Robert will benefit from exceptional views and direct access to the promenade de la Digue and the beach. It integrates perfectly with its environment while respecting the architectural bathing lines of the city.

With a total area of 3,250 m², it will offer 49 apartments, from 2 to 4 rooms, each with a terrace or balcony and a 300 m² restaurant.
Of the 49 dwellings, 30 will be destined to the tourist furnished rental.

The program will be NF Habitat and RT 2012 certified.

The work was entrusted to Eiffage Construction Bretagne Nord. After the earthworks phase started in February, the construction of the crane began in April. The secondary state bodies should intervene in January 2020 for a delivery in October 2020.
