As part of the redevelopment of the Bassins à flot district, SCI Bordeaux Port Immo and Eiffage Immobilier sign a property development contract to realize a multi-functional operation of more than 22,000 m².
Located opposite the G2 Hangar, along the rue Lucien Faure, this vast building named "G1" will be built in place of the former maritime warehouse H2 shed and will include:
- A parking lot of more than 500 paying places,
- 3,000 m² of commercial space,
- 4,000 m² of surface area for tertiary and training activities.
The transaction will be structured within a real estate company called "Bordeaux Port Immo". The partners contribute a total of € 6.6 million in equity, 60% for the Grand Maritime Port of Bordeaux and 40% for the Caisse des Dépôts.
Initiated in 2013, the program will be delivered in 2019. Located at the corner of the Armand Lalande wharf and the rue Lucien Faure, this urban program will be particularly identifiable between the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge and the Place Latule. The project management is carried out by the agency DND Architectes and the design office EGIS.
The Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux and the Caisse des Dépôts want to integrate sustainably into the urban development of Bordeaux Métropole, accompanying the new rise of the local economic tissue.
In addition to these agreements, SCI Bordeaux Port Immo formalizes the award of the parking contract to the company Effia Parking and the Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux issues a temporary occupation agreement of the Public Domain to SCI Bordeaux Port Immo for the ground plate.
