Eiffage Immobilier's CAZAM concept of new-generation senior residences has entered a new phase of development with the acquisition of a stake by the Montana Group via its Montana Gestion entity, which specialises in providing support for seniors.
The two companies now share equally in the capital of the management company for the CAZAM commercial offering. This joint company will benefit from Eiffage Immobilier's expertise in developing and building residences and Montana Gestion's expertise in operating and providing services.
Driven by a common vision based on the well-being of senior citizens and the quality of the services they receive, Eiffage Immobilier and Montana Gestion will work together to develop CAZAM residences throughout France. The CAZAM offer will be strengthened by the Home Assistance and Support Service offered to residents, in response to the significant demand in the region.
Launched in 2019, CAZAM provides a response to the ageing of the French population by enabling seniors to remain active in the city. CAZAM is based on three pillars: residences developed in the heart of neighbourhoods, a high service culture and a premium but accessible positioning.
Three projects are already under construction in Pontoise, Saint-Ouen and Clermont-Ferrand, while two are about to start in Vernon and L'Haÿ-les-Roses. By the end of 2022, a dozen CAZAM residences will be under development on the territory.
