Our Cocoon'Ages® Pont-de-Metz intergenerational residence, a concept developed by Eiffage Immobilier and Récipro-Cité, is the winner of the 2021 National Urban Art Prize.
Awarded by the association L'Art urbain dans les Territoires, an association recognised as being of public utility for the promotion of urban art and the ethics of the living environment, this prize rewards each year operations which take into account three essential criteria: architectural quality, quality of social life and respect for the environment.
Our project in Pont-de-Metz, "From the factory to the intergenerational residence", brilliantly fulfils all these criteria with :
- architecture that blends in perfectly with the local area, providing optimum comfort for users and encouraging exchanges in shared spaces
- a social life encouraged by the concept itself: developed by Eiffage Immobilier and Récipro-Cité, the housing units are scalable and promote intergenerational diversity, better living together, solidarity and proximity
- NF HABITAT HQE & RT2012 environmental certifications and measures to raise awareness among residents taken within the residence.
Congratulations to all our teams who worked on this project and this great award!
