Eiffage Immobilier boasts several iconic achievements in the field of high-end hotel construction, all of which bear witness to its exemplary level of expertise. An illustration of this is the design and construction of a 600-room complex at Charles de Gaulle Airport comprising a four-star Pullman hotel and a three-star Ibis Styles hotel.

Eiffage Immobilier also applies its know-how to traditional hotel projects. Through its dedicated hotels division, Eiffage Immobilier is qualified to take on all types of project, whether on behalf of independent entities or hotel chains, in France or abroad. An example is the 110-room, two-star hotel in a business park in Vénissieux, on the southern outskirts of Lyon.

Drawing on its experience in setting up and managing complex programmes, Eiffage Immobilier also builds mixed-use schemes combining hotel accommodation, retail outlets and office space. Examples include:

• The 166-room Hilton hotel at the Halle Debat-Ponsan complex in Bordeaux.
• The 165-room hotel at the Cube complex in Warsaw.

As part of the conversion of the Grand Hotel-Dieu site in Lyon (formerly a hospital complex), Eiffage Immobilier was awarded the construction of a five-star Intercontinental hotel which sits alongside retail outlets and a convention centre.

Eiffage Immobilier also performs renovations and compliance upgrades in the hotel sector. In Brussels, for example, it carried out the total refurbishment of the 136-room, four-star Marivaux hotel.
