The Floresco project in Saint-Mandé is exemplary in terms of environmental, energy and thermal performance, as well as in terms of the well-being of its occupants:
HQE Excellent 2015 certification (sustainable building for the environment and its occupants),

Effinergie + label (thermal comfort for users),
Accessibility label (buildings adapted to the needs of all),
WELL Core and Shell Silver level certification (employee well-being in the workplace based on 7 criterias: air, water, light, physical activity, comfort, food, psychological well-being),
Wired Score Gold level certification (digital connectivity of buildings)
All these labels and certifications make the operation part of the Eiffage Group's ambitious environmental approach.
Energy savings and synergies
Delivered in May 2020 to EUROPEQUIPEMENTS, our Eiffage Construction Tertiaire teams were responsible for the project. In addition to Eiffage Construction, Eiffage Energie Systèmes was also involved in the project through its Clévia brand, which is dedicated to climate and energy engineering. A joint success for the Group's business lines!
A remarkable architectural originality
Designed by the architect GOES PERON and the FACEA Technical Design Office, the atypical design and the curves of the facades equipped with ochre-coloured sunbreakers are particularly impressive, both by day and by night.
The interior of the buildings is contemporary and airy. There are accompanying spaces (company restaurant, cafeteria, relaxation area, sports area), car (347 spaces) and two-wheeler (510 m²) parking spaces, and archive rooms. The 29,000sqm buildings houses the offices of the UBISOFT group.
