In Alsace, Eiffage Construction is delivering two renovation and new construction projects for nearly 400 homes

Our teams are actively involved in the renovation of housing in Alsace! In December 2021 and January 2022 respectively, they delivered the 162-unit "Adoma Stockfeld" social residence in Strasbourg and a 115-unit programme in Colmar.

After 34 months of work, Eiffage Construction teams in Strasbourg delivered the ADOMA STOCKFELD social residence three weeks ahead of schedule. As its name suggests, it was built for CDC HABITAT - ADOMA.

The first phase of the works included the thermal rehabilitation of 100 dwellings in an occupied site, 2 extensions of 2 buildings, the construction of 84 dwellings and the underpinning of a pavilion into offices. The second phase involved the construction of 78 dwellings, 3 bicycle rooms and a car park.

The residence, with a floor area of 6,300 sqm, is designed by Rey-de-Crécy / OTE. The new buildings are subject to the ABF with specific services, such as the installation of traditional frameworks with flat tiles and facades, which contribute to the architectural quality of the work.

Inside, prefabricated bathrooms from HVA Concept, an Eiffage Construction brand, were installed by crane as the structural work progressed. The industrialisation of these bathrooms reduces the nuisance on site, the time required and the carbon footprint (in particular thanks to the reduced number of lorry journeys), while ensuring optimum quality of manufacture.

The expertise of our teams in rehabilitation was also illustrated in Colmar, with the design-and-build project involving the rehabilitation of 100 housing units and the construction of 15 new units, carried out on behalf of Pôle Habitat Colmar - Centre Alsace.

The work, which began in December 2020, will have taken 13 months.

A large-scale project designed by WEBER & KEILING Architects, aiming to improve the energy and environmental performance of the homes with a target of reducing heating energy consumption by 40% over 3 years.

Congratulations to the teams for these two beautiful deliveries, which contribute to the construction of the sustainable city of tomorrow and illustrate our commitment to these issues:
