  • Optimisation of worksite organisation in relation to safety, quality, profitability and deadline constraints:

- project and contract appraisal, preparatory analysis, definition of needs, methods, manpower and equipment, planning of operational phases

- budget set-up

- needs assessment in conjunction with engineering consultants and analysis of results

- logistics for deliveries, storage and worksite installations in collaboration with the site foreman

  • Guidance and leadership of the worksite team during project execution
  • Assisting with the recruitment of journeymen
  • Drawing up analysis reports
