At the center of the new district of the TGV station of Mulhouse fitted out by CITIVIA, Andrinople was imagined by the cabinet AEA architects. The structure of the building is based on a regular parallelepiped, a simple and readable volumetry. The simplicity of the profile echoed the first works set up along the square and registers perfectly the operation in an approach of sobriety waited on this site.
A mineral filler underlined by a spread metal base dresses the volume. The aluminum outside joineries of dark color connect the levels two to two strengthening so the stab of the volume. On the last two levels is a terrace in hollow.
The office building "Andrinople" in R+7 will shelter 6 trays of offices, at the rate of a tray by floor. Every floor is served by a common pit of traffic benefiting from a natural lighting and from views on the city.
It will welcome, on 3109 m ² of surface of floor, several companies :
- 2 floors for CITIVIA (R+4 et R+5)
- 1,5 floor for ALTEN (R+2 et R+3)
- 1 floor for Eiffage Construction Alsace Etablissement Haut-Rhin (R+1)
