Luc Vergonjeanne, director of Eiffage Immobilier Centre-Est, Jean-Marc Filippini, president of the MMV group, manager of the residence and Mireille Gioria, mayor of Hauteluce and president of SIVOM, inaugurated the 4 star tourist residence "les Chalets des Cimes" in the ski resort "les Saisies" on January 11.
Located at an altitude of 1650m, "les Saisies" ski resort enjoys a prime location in the heart of a breathtaking natural environment: a sumptuous panorama on Mont-Blanc, the Beaufortain massif and the Aravis chain. It is in this magnificent setting that Eiffage Immobilier inaugurated the 4 star tourist residence "les Chalets des Cimes" after 23 months of work.
The residence, open to the mountains with an exceptional view of Mount Bisanne, is composed of:
- 8 chalets for a total of 153 apartments from T2 to T5 fully equipped and furnished,
- an indoor heated pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and a treatment center O Pure Spa,
- a Children’s and Teens Club.
Six chalets were delivered at Christmas 2018, the other two will be delivered at the end of 2019.
This tourist residence increases the station’s reception capacity by nearly 1,000 beds. Draining a high purchasing power clientele, it represents a new source of revenue for the local economy.
The architecture was designed by the firm Brière & Brière Architecture, respecting the Savoyard traditions with stone and wood, while bringing a contemporary touch.
This residence "skis aux pieds" harmoniously fits into its environment with a central plot that welcomes the Arthur Bear, a sculpture of the Savoyard artist Véronique Olivier, made as part of the charter «1 building, 1 work».
This real estate program complements the 4 star Residence «Les Chalets d'Emeraude» (106 dwellings), created by Eiffage Immobilier in 2012.
