The «Ô Domaine» housing programme in Rueil-Malmaison (Paris Region) is already a real success! A few months after the start of the work, nearly 200 units were sold in blocks to CDC Investissement Immobilier, In'li, and the social landlord Seqens. Ultimately, the 415 homes built by Eiffage Construction that will make up this program are destined to become real examples in terms of sustainable development.
After demolition work in 2019, the construction work of the operation «Ô Domaine» began last May. Realized by our teams of Eiffage Construction Habitat, these take place in several phases, due to the size of the operation: 415 dwellings spread over 7 buildings in R+5 and representing nearly 30,000m² of floor area.
The bulk sale is as follows: 100 housing units for CDC Investissement Immobilier, 49 housing units for In'li, 29 housing units for the social landlord Seqens. The sales of retail-led housing is proceeding at a very satisfactory pace.
Imagined by the architectural firm Ameller Dubois & Associés, the idea of this program is to create an architectural coherence with the surrounding housing environment, by inserting an articulation between intermediate and collective dwellings. Each building has its own architectural writing, while retaining a base of common elements and materials. Interior architect Guillaume Terver of the Laboratory of Architecture and Design (LAD) also participated in this project.
Outside, the creative intention of the landscaper, the agency COBE is to make gardens the base of the operation, to give the impression of buildings «placed» on the many green spaces that promote well-being, whether common or private, with in particular gardens, terraces and balconies adjoining most of the housing of the operation.
The program is also an integral part of our environmental approach: it aims to achieve NF Habitat HQE certification at an excellent level, RT 2012 collective anticipated and RT 2012 -20%.
Located in the heart of the family residential area Buzenval, «Ô Domaine» benefits from a pleasant environment with, in addition, the immediate proximity of the forest of the Malmaison: a privileged, quiet and wooded.
Congratulations to the teams of Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Construction for this operation realized in synergy!
