The group Lov Hotel Collection entrusted to Pradeau Morin the realization of a luxury hotel and a restaurant under the brand Ducasse within the Castle of Versailles.
The luxury hotel will be include by 19 rooms, a spa / swimming pool and a restaurant under the brand Ducasse on a total surface of 3 600 m ².
Pradeau Morin is doing at the moment works of protection and restorationof of the Versailles Castle as well as operations of arrangement necessary for the functioning of the hotel program.
The project management of this exceptional project was entrusted to the decorator Christophe Tollemer, the architect Pierre Bortolussi, and the agency of architecture CALQ.
The works began within the Versailles Castle last April with a phase of excavation, then geothermal science. The crane was taken up: the main part works can start.
The total amount of the market rises at 26,4M€ for a construction work of a duration of 19 months. The luxury hotel should be delivered at the end of September, 2019.
This project gathers history, heavy renovation and luxury, a new challenge for Pradeau Morin!
