Since March 16, the Pyramides d’Argent ceremonies have been held in the regions. Eiffage Immobilier already counts 7 Pyramides d'Argent in Hauts-de-France, Pays de la Loire, Normandy, region Lyonnaise including a Regional Grand Prix in New Aquitaine with Operation Hypérion!
Created in 2004 by the Fédération des promoters immobiliers de France (FPI), the Pyramides competition is intended to promote quality, innovation anddo in new housing construction programs and tertiary real estate. The contest takes place in two stages: a regional scale with Pyramides d’Argent, and a national scale with the Pyramides d’Or.
While some regional ceremonies are taking place until next June, Eiffage Immobilier is already displaying a beautiful Palmares for this 2019 edition:
- Hypérion wins the Prix de la mixité Urbaine des Pyramides d'Argent 2019 Nouvelle Aquitaine. This major operation is also the winner of the Grand Prix Régional Nouvelle Aquitaine. This award opens the doors of the Pyramides d'Or for which Eiffage Immobilier will compete at national level!
- Eiffage Immobilier wins the Pyramide "Coup de Coeur du Jury" thanks to the office building, future headquarters of Booking.com, in Tourcoing.
- Pyramide d'Argent for the Cocoon'Ages du Havre residence in the mixed urban category in Normandy.
- Pyramide d'Argent for Rillieux-la-Pape’s So New programme in the Urban Mix category.
- Eiffage Immobilier is awarded two Pyramides d'Argent in the Loire region with Nantes operations: the residence Les Jardins d'Augustin in the mixed urban category and the office complex Le Nantil in the real estate business category.
