The Eiffage Construction teams won the overall performance contract for the construction of the EHPAD «Agnès et Matéo» on the outskirts of downtown Cysoing (59). Eiffage Services, a subsidiary of Eiffage Concessions, will be in charge of the maintenance of the building for the first 5 year.
The Cysoing EHPAD designated the group led by Eiffage Construction to consolidate the two existing establishments into a single R+2 building of 3,767 m².
The project, with its strong environmental ambitions, will meet the requirements of the Passivhaus and E+/C energy labels at the E3/C1 level. All structures on the first and second floors of the building will be constructed of wood, a sustainable building material because it is green, renewable and low-energy grey. Finally, EHPAD will have solar panels that will produce the facility’s hot sanitary water.
Designed by Paindavoine Parmentier Architectes and GO Architecture, this 88-room EHPAD is open on large landscaped gardens and collective terraces.
Start-up is planned for October 2019 and will last 14 months.
This operation is fully in line with Eiffage Construction’s approach to sustainable urban development, which takes into account all environmental, economic and sociological aspects of the territories.
