Eiffage Construction 100% rewarded at last night’s Mipim awards! The two projects that were named, the Larborde office complex in the 8th arrondissement of Paris and the Polyclinique Reims-Bezannes, won their awards in the categories «Best Office & Business Development» & Best Healthcare Development.
The 30th edition of the International Market of Real Estate Professionals took place from 12 to 15 March in Cannes. Each year, the largest international exhibition for real estate professionals rewards the most outstanding projects of the past year!
This year the jury, chaired by Maké Brunel, Executive Director of Gecina, rewarded two Eiffage projects:
- Laborde: Delivered at the end of 2018, this tertiary complex is the result of the rehabilitation of the former Royal Barracks of the Pépinière in the heart of Paris. Designed by the PCA-STREAM architecture cabinet, this 19,000m² operation includes two rehabilitated buildings and a new seven-level office building. The long glass façades of the new building were made by Goyer, a subsidiary of the Eiffage Group.
- Reims-Bezannes Polyclinic: Designed by ARTELIA, this 5-building structure has been certified BBC and HQE® and was delivered in March 2018. With a total surface area of 45,000 m², this polyclinic reflects the expertise of the Eiffage Group in the realization of high-tech health facilities. The operation mobilized Eiffage Construction, Eiffage Energie Systèmes and Eiffage Route teams for nearly 2 and a half years!
