Socamip, Eiffage Construction's brandspecialized in the construction and the renovation of individual houses in the southwest region of France, launches Viv' Home who will group three offers of realization of individual houses Maison Provinciale, Maisons Copreco et Socamip Rénovation.
"More than a house, a reference" is the base line of the new brand Viv'Home. Indeed, Eiffage Construction shows about forty years of experience in the construction of individual houses in the Southwest region. The company wished to gather all its offers under the global brand Viv Home which is available in about ten agencies on the departments of Charente-Maritime, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne. A team of 45 collaborators is specifically dedicated to the development of the offer.
The objective of this new offer is to simplify the property ownership at every level. Viv' Home addresses so as well in first-time homeowner with the model Prim' Home, as the future buyers avid for a traditional or contemporary house equipped with the last technologies with, for example, the Future model Home. All in all, 14 models are proposed in the sale through two ranges: Classic and Modern.
Besides, Socamip signed with Axanis on October 19th a market of 9 houses for Martillac in Gironde.
