Laying the Foundation Stone for Alliance Healthcare Repartition and Alcura

Eiffage Immobilier Méditerranée, Icade and Alliance Healthcare France laid the foundation stone for Alliance Healthcare Répartition and Alcura in the 11th arrondissement of Marseille on 9 March.

The ceremony was attended by Dominique Tian, ​​first deputy mayor of Marseille, delegate to the municipal policy in favor of employment, travel and urban transport, Valérie Boyer, mayor of the 11th and 12th arrondissements of Marseille and Luc Bouvet, Director of Eiffage Construction Méditerranée.

With a total surface area of ​​6,560 m², the building will be fully integrated into the Alliance Healthcare Allocation business and Alcura, or nearly 70 employees.

Designed by the Marseille's architecture agency MAP, the set to be delivered in August 2017 is ideally located along the A450 and in the heart of the Huveaune valley, which has more than 1,500 Companies.

The work entrusted to Eiffage Construction started in January for a provisional delivery in August 2017, an operation that reflects the desire of Eiffage Immobilier and Icade to register as urban planning actors alongside the Ville de Marseille And to promote economic activity.
