LaVallée's 3D visit, an eco-district developed by the SEMOP Châtenay-Malabry Parc-Centrale with Eiffage Aménagement

An emblematic project developed by the SEMOP Châtenay-Malabry Parc-Centrale and piloted by Eiffage Aménagement, the Caisse des Dépôts and the Etablissement Public Territorial Vallée Sud Grand Paris, LaVallée is no longer being presented... but today we are presenting a 3D immersion version of it!
Produced from the numerous BIM models developed by the developers Eiffage Immobilier, Coffim, Icade and Kaufman & Broad, this video "as if we were there" allows us to project ourselves in a real way into this eco-district, which is currently taking shape.

Located in Châtenay-Malabry (Paris region), LaVallée is a true demonstrator of the sustainable city, created in synergy with all of Eiffage's business lines. It includes numerous initiatives and actions in favour of sustainable development that are part of the Group's ambitious environmental approach: recycled materials, low-carbon construction methods, numerous green spaces, reuse, biodiversity, etc., complemented by an urban farm and the Ecoquartier (stage 2 certification) and BiodiverCity label.

Construction work in the district began in 2018 and should be completed in 2027. Through this video, the project comes to life and allows us to imagine living in this innovative environment with all the services of a dynamic and sustainable neighbourhood.
