The teams of Eiffage Construction have begun construction of the offices of the regional management Limousin d'Enedis located near the park of Ester Technopole in Limoges. This is a technically complex operation since there will be both tertiary premises and a network management agency that will distribute from this future site all the electricity of the Limousin region.
The Enedis Regional Headquarters will consist of two buildings with a total floor area of 7,420 m²:
- an R+2 office building, equipped with a cafeteria with a panoramic terrace,
- an ACR technical building "Agency of Network Conduct".
Designed by the firm BVL Architecte, the two buildings are dressed, on their south façade, in a metal case playing between full and openwork.
Eiffage Construction is currently carrying out, as a general undertaking, the construction work of the buildings that were launched at the end of 2018. After the realization of the special foundations, the sails and the posts-girders of the ground-garden are currently being realized and will be followed by the realization of the first floor on cellular slabs.
Twenty companions are working hard to keep to a very tight schedule in the face of winter weather. Delivery of the work is scheduled for late April 2019 and full delivery in September 2019. The headquarters will be operational at the end of the first half of 2020.
