In the heart of the ZAC of the Quartier de Seine Ouest of Asnières-sur-Seine, project led by the group of 5 developers whose Eiffage Immobilier is representative, the first Conciergerie Participative® managed by Réciprocité was inaugurated on October 16 in the presence of Ms. Josiane Fischer, Deputy Mayor in charge of urban planning and major projects in Asnières-sur-Seine, Mr. Serge Le Boulch, President of Récipro-Cité and Mr. Nicolas Gravit, Managing Director of Eiffage Aménagement. This concierge is a unifying place of all the actors of the neighbourhood of tomorrow around a common urban and social project.
Eiffage Immobilier, in association with Emerige, Marignan, Icade and Ogic, is currently building the new 8-hectare Seine-Ouest eco-district in Asnières-sur-Seine, whose developer is Citallios. Supported by Eiffage Aménagement, this new district, currently being labeled eco-district, is positioned as a district of «innovation», engine for the entire Seine district and demonstrator of the sustainable city of tomorrow. It has also been designed to be a lively place to live both during the day and in the evening; attractive thanks to its architecture and public spaces. It will propose within 5 years:
- 1,600 units, including new units and social rental units,
- senior residences, students and services,
- 5,000 m² of shops,
- office buildings,
- a school group of 14 classes,
- a crib,
- a parking lot of about 100 spaces open to the public.
It is in this Sustainable City 2.0 demonstration area that the Participative® Concierge was tailor-made to meet the needs of the area. It is based on the active participation of users, the cooperation of all local actors and it also ensures the integration of all residents, including the most vulnerable. This neighbourhood concierge will combine an offer of essential services to facilitate the daily life of residents with the creation of social ties and the dynamisation of the local economic fabric (partnerships with local associations and businesses).
It is an essential issue to achieve a neighbourhood life that is enjoyable for all, and to create links with the existing urban fabric.
