Less than a year after the contract was signed, the work is well underway. The construction, carried out by Eiffage Construction as part of our unique builder-developer model, was completed this summer, for a delivery planned during the 2022 spring. Born from a desire of the City of Compiègne to be able to benefit from a private high-end residence for the elderly, the project was entrusted in co-promotion to Eiffage Immobilier (70%) and Montana (30%) through the Société Civile de Construction-Vente (SCCV) des Sablons.
The 130 premium units will be operated by Montana, spread over nearly 10,000sqm of floor space, and will offer high-end services and equipment: swimming pool, spa, kitchen and food service area.
Designed by Michel MASTANDREAS, the project incorporates wood elements (joinery and shutters), a slate roof, stone siding and a facade coating.
The operation, as much by its architecture as by the clientele of high standing aimed, seduced the City. The building is subject to the validation of the Architectes des Bâtiments de France in order to preserve the architecture of Compiègne, rich in history.
In addition to its architectural quality, the environmental aspect is at the heart of this project which aims the NF Habitat HQE 6* certification and the RT 2012-20% standard.
Eiffage, through this senior residence, confirms its position as a historical actor of Compiègne both in real estate and in construction.
