Started July 17th of this year, construction site of the future ice rink, in the ZAG Serge, has just gone into its second phase.
After the excavation of a cavity 3,50 meters deep, Eiffage Construction Nantes begins to realize the foundations of this sports set which will include:
- an underground parking of 239 places on a level,
- two runways of ice (60 x 30 meters and 56 x 26 meters),
- 3 500 bleachers,
- places for clubs, changing rooms and café-restaurant.
The delivery is planned in the course of August, 2019.
The total amount of the works is estimated at 24.4 million euros HT.
