Foundation stone laid for Poseô, a new residential complex in Carros, Nice Côte d’Azur metropolitan area

On Monday, 30 January, Charles Scibetta, Mayor of Carros, Vice President Nice Côte d’Azur and Alpes-Maritimes Department Councillor, Yves Girard, Regional Director of Eiffage Immobilier Azur and Eiffage Construction Côte d’Azur, together with Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, Senator for Alpes Martimes, Deputy Mayor of Nice, Metropolitan Councillor and President of the Housing, Urban Renovation and Social Cohesion Commission, laid the foundation stone for the Poseô residential complex.

Upon completion of the works that have already commenced, the Poseô residential complex will have 90 apartments of which 21 will be reserved for social housing, ranging from studios to four rooms, over four levels – ground plus three – accessed from four stairwells, around a pedestrian only patio fully landscaped with trees.
Over a total floor area of 5600 m², the apartments will also have 181 underground car parking spaces accessed via lifts.
While the architectural style is decidedly contemporary, Eiffage Immobilier has encouraged its integration in its green landscape providing a better outlook and privileged living space. The residence has an unimpeded view over the surrounding hills and valley.
Designed by Riccardo Spani, Poseô complies with the regional style using soft pastel coloured façades and an interplay of shadows and transparency provided a system of light pergolas on the terraces.
