Euro-Shelter, the first company to set up on the land acquired by Eiffage Aménagement in Rennes - La Janais

Euro-Shelter, an industrial company that designs mobile units for military use, will move to the La Janais site in 2021. Euro-Shelter will move into an existing building (6,115 sqm), after adaptation work carried out by Eiffage Travaux Services, a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction specialising in multi-technical works.

This first installation on the land acquired in December 2020 by Eiffage Aménagement from Stellantis (formerly the PSA group) is a further milestone in the structuring of this industrial site.

Euro-Shelter joins the companies B3 Ecodesign, a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction that builds "last journey" maritime container buildings, Schneider (SETBT) and the SNCF technical centre, which are already located at La Janais. The Tourny Meyer Agency accompanied this installation.

For the Brittany Region, a major player in the ambition to reindustrialise La Janais since the first land protocol in 2015, "this arrival is good news, the result of the collective work carried out in the area. "

Selected by the State as one of the first "turnkey industrial sites", the industrial excellence cluster is embodied on the La Janais site, for which Territoires Publics is developing 53 hectares, alongside the 21 hectares developed by Eiffage Aménagement, and thus reinforces the reindustrialisation strategy undertaken by Rennes Métropole.
