Eiffage Suisse symbolically laid the foundation stone for the UpGreat residential complex, located close to Wallisellen train station, less than 10 km from Zurich in northeast Switzerland, on 27 March 2019 in the presence of Peter Spörri, the president of the commune, and future owners. With a total area of 23,200m², the project counts 39 dwellings close to 300 m² of shops in 4 buildings.
UpGreat is a residential project in the heart of the Swiss city Walliesellen near transport and many commercial and cultural spaces. The project is piloted by Eiffage Switzerland over 23 months for delivery in the summer of 2020.
This project consists of four apartment buildings totaling 39 apartments of 2 to 4 rooms, as well as commercial premises and an underground parking in R+2. Eiffage Suisse has entrusted the retail sale of these dwellings to CSL Immobilien. They were all sold very quickly thanks to their ideal location in the centre of Walliesellen.
The design of these units designed by CH Architekten AG focuses on the optimization of the space to facilitate furnishings. These contemporary apartments are equipped with integrated change rooms and stacked washing and dryer sets. The larger apartments also include a bathroom, the kitchen and the corridor being lit by recessed lights. Finally, electric Venetian blinds contribute to the comfort of the apartments.
