In the new district Krochmalna, in the middle of the historic center of Warsaw, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is going to build 287 housing for Echo Investment. The works have just begun and will last until spring, 2019.
The residential complex Browary Warszawskie will include 287 apartments in the historic city center of Warsaw. This complex is built on the location of a former distillery of beer in service until 2004. The production continues today on a small perimeter letting enough space of 30 000 m ² to build a brand new district.
Master of work of this operation is JEMS ACHITEKCI. The design of Browary Warszawskie was imagined in mind of the modern urban concepts, keeping a part of the original architecture of the distillery while favoring numerous spaces of greenery within the residence.
The goal of this new project is to create a dynamic district, which answers the many needs for its inhabitants.
Offices buildings will be mixed with apartment buildings. Public services, stores and restaurants will come to join the construction of the residential complex.
