The operation, ideally located at the gates of the Paris region within the development zone "Pôle Gare" in Chartres and near the city center, will host a program of 18,000 m² of offices and 130 housing units. The beginning of the project is scheduled for Q4 2021 and will be accompanied by the restructuring of Pierre Nicole Street with new lanes for the public transport network and bike paths.
Designed by the FORMA6 architecture agency located in Nantes, this 24,000 m2 mixed project will house 3 office buildings, with various sizes from R+2 to R+4 and 4 housing residences on a human scale. The project will also consist of two levels of parking to integrate with the elevation. This complex, ideally integrated in a dynamic area a few steps from the cathedral in the district of the train station, has all the services, administrations and shops in the vicinity.
It is also a program that combines city and nature! Indeed, the development zone "Pôle Gare" in Chartres is part of the ambitious environmental approach carried out by Eiffage and deployed in its businesses, thanks to the total integration of nature within it. The greening of the site will pass at the same time by some patios, vegetal roofs or even zones of greenery as spaces of relaxation and walk conducive to meetings and promoting the well-being of the inhabitants.
The program will be carried out by Eiffage Construction and will be able to welcome its first inhabitants within 36 months: a new example of our synergies between businesses!
