Eiffage Immobilier signs 2 new Cazam® Senior Service Residences in Clermont-Ferrand and Saint-Ouen

A year ago, Eiffage Immobilier and Sergic Serviced Residences launched their concept of Serviced Senior Residences in the heart of the neighbourhood: Cazam®. Since then, it has been a success. After the signing of their first sale in future state of completion in Pontoise (95) at the beginning of 2020, it is now in Clermont-Ferrand (63) and Saint-Ouen (93) that the two companies will develop this concept of new generation, after the signature of 2 new booking contracts with institutional investors.

By 2022, 114 units will make up the new Cazam® residence. Located in downtown Clermont-Ferrand, opposite the station, this new Cazam® residence will be ideally located. It will be installed in the heart of an urban environment that continues its metamorphosis and which favors vegetation, and close to the hub of public transport serving the hyper-city center and the Clermont-Ferrand agglomeration. Shops and services adapted to seniors will be located in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
The 114 dwellings will represent 6,800 m² of floor space, mostly T2. The seniors residence will also accommodate a few T1bis and T3. The foot of the building of the residence will integrate a new convenience store with a surface area of 250 m², and 28 parking spaces will complete the program.

The Cazam® residence in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine will be available in 2023. Located in a quiet environment, in a village district on the outskirts of Paris, it will benefit from a friendly setting, close to the Porte de Clignancourt, the flea market and the city center of Saint-Ouen. Served by public transport, the site also includes shops and services to which seniors are attentive.
This new Cazam® Senior Services Residence project will consist of 91 units and 20 parking spaces, with a floor area of 5,100 m². It will host mostly T2, but also some T1BIS and T3, and will be in R+6. The residence will be integrated into an operation of 163 units in accession. Its architecture draws its inspiration from the Parisian dwellings of the early 20th century.

The common areas of these residences are designed and designed by the agency Saguez and Partners, which accompanies Cazam® since its creation, in a family home spirit favoring warm materials and ensuring a transparency of the place: a house open to the city, creating links and where it is good to live.

Developed by Eiffage Immobilier and Sergic Résidences Seniors, the new generation of Cazam® serviced seniors residences is based on a simple observation: seniors are staying active for longer and longer, independent, and aspire to maintain their quality of life over time.
Cazam® aims to enable seniors to remain actors of the city, through three pillars:

Eiffage Immobilier and Sergic Résidences Services aim to develop 25 Cazam® residences across France over the next few years, with 5 residences per year.
