In collaboration with Eiffage Immobilier, the architecture agency Séquence has designed a residence with a resolutely contemporary architecture in R + 4 with emergences in R + 5.
The 220 lots are divided into 110 apartments in free residence and 110 social apartments, of which 15% are in controlled prices.
The material palette oscillates between gilded cladding, zinc, white metal, and gray joinery.
