Eiffage Immobilier inaugurates the Reflets standing program in Versailles

The Reflets program boasts a prestigious address at 52 Avenue de Saint-Cloud in Versailles, a few minutes from the Palace of Versailles, on the banks of the Butte de Montbauron, whose pools once fed the castle’s park.

Designed by architect Jean-Patrick Mallet, this project with a floor area of 6,390 m2, has 72 units in delivery spread over 3 buildings: 23 units in accession, 19 units to the French Army and to the social lessor IN'LI, and 30 apartments to La Française.
Eiffage Immobilier was accompanied by several renowned actors on this project: the Studio Putman for interior decoration, the landscaper Neveux & Rouyer for outdoor vegetal dressing, the Cabinet Philippe Racine for execution mastery.
From an environmental point of view, Eiffage Immobilier has obtained the NF housing certification-HQE V 9.0 Excellent approach.

For this operation, two art works «Réfraction» of Etienne Rey are installed within the framework of the charter «1 building, 1 work», to encourage access to art for all. Signed in 2015 in conjunction with the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, Eiffage Immobilier is committed to integrating a work of art into each of its operations. In this project, the idea is that the two works of the artist generate a transformation of visual perception and constitute a singular experience, in connection with the environment and natural light. The intention is to produce two works of art consisting of walls, which are composed of dichroic architectural glass surfaces. The work presents a reconstructed view of the ever-changing environment, depending on the point of view and the brightness.
