As part of the redevelopment of the "Bassins à flot" district in the north of the Bordeaux agglomeration, this project led by Eiffage Immobilier was delivered to the group La Française after 18 months of work.
The construction of the G7 and G8 tertiary buildings is officially completed after 18 months of work carried out by Eiffage Construction Sud-Ouest.
Delivery of this tertiary unit was staggered in two stages.
First of all, the 4,400 sqm G7 building was delivered in March. It consists of office space, shops and a 30-seat parking lot. Designed by the architecture workshop Alonso Sarraute, this building offers bright working spaces with its large openings and its facade in painted concrete.
Then, the G8 building delivered last June welcomes on a useful surface of 4,300 m², a business school (ESSCA) as well as shops.
In the architectural vein of the first building, this stained concrete building, imagined by the architect’s office Debarre & Duplantier, opens on patios covered with concrete pergolas.
Both buildings are NF HQE Tertiary certified.
This operation confirms the dynamism of Eiffage Immobilier in the tertiary sector, particularly in the most attractive sites of the territory, such as the Bassins à Flot district, close to transport and amenities, to optimize the use of buildings and the well-being of their occupants.
