The Federation of the property developers of the Alps gave its Pyramides d’Argent on April 26th in Chambéry. During this ceremony, Eiffage Immobilier received the price of the conduct responsible for operations for its program Philaé located in Grenoble.
The competition of Pyramides d’Argent, created in 2004, rewards the quality, the innovation and the performance in the construction of programs of new housing or offices buildings.
Among 33 programs in competition, seven were greeted for their esthetic qualities, their energy performances, the innovation in their environmental integration and the consideration of the social responsibility.
The Philaé program of 57 housing in Grenoble, realized by Eiffage Immobilier, is the prize-winner in the category "the conduct responsible for operations", who rewards particularly the societal criteria of the operations.
