Eiffage Immobilier, builder-developer of new housing, and Sergic Résidences Services, manager of collective housing, launch Cazam, offers seniors residences services next generation meets a simple statement: seniors are increasingly active, self-sufficient and aspire to maintain their quality of life over time.
The Cazam concept is based on three pillars:
- Residences in the heart of neighbourhoods, close to shops and connected to public transport.
- A custom-made and personalized service culture, both for residents looking for social life as well as those looking for tranquility.
- Premium positioning but accessible.
Cazam is an offer of second generation senior service residences, within the meaning of the law Adaptation of the Society to the Aging of 2016. An attentive and available team will be present on a daily basis and will take care of the well-being, comfort and safety of residents. The latter will have the opportunity to benefit from specific services intended for all the occupants: restaurant prepared on the spot, grocery store, wine cellar, conviviality spaces, landscaped terraces gardens, partial privatization for family events... The establishment of residences in the heart of neighbourhoods promotes the integration of seniors by allowing them to enjoy but also to fuel the dynamism of the city.
The Cazam residences will consist of 100 to 120 furnished or bare dwellings, mostly T2 of 45 m2, equipped with balconies or private loggias. They will also house common areas (small lounges, libraries, tea shops, etc.), a terrace or garden, and parking spaces equivalent to 30% of the number of dwellings.
Eiffage Immobilier and Sergic Résidences Services share a common vision: a habitat that places the well-being of individuals and the practicality of everyday uses in priority, and real estate designed to enhance everyone’s development while making it easier for people to live together and build relationships.
As part of this partnership, Eiffage Immobilier will develop and promote the properties of the residences and will market the apartments in block with investors. For its part, Sergic Residences Services will take charge of the rental of the apartments from future senior residents, will carry out the steps of renting, and will ensure the day-to-day management and facilitation of residences with the establishment of a team of professionals.
Eiffage Immobilier and Sergic Résidences Services aim to develop 25 Cazam residences in France over the next few years at 5 residences per year.
