Eiffage Construction signs the BIM 2022 charter

The ministère de la Cohésion des territoires, EGF.BTP and the general contractors Eiffage Construction, Spie Batignolles, Demathieu Bard and Paris-Ouest Construction have signed a charter of voluntary commitment of the building sector for the digital construction, on November 9, as part of the Batimat fair.

To generalize BIM in new construction for 2022, the french Government provides the sector with a collaborative BIM platform to support general companies, free until the end of the five-year period.

Listed in the national Plan transition numérique and developed by the centre scientifique et technique du bâtiment (CSTB), this collaborative platform allows different trades to become familiar with BIM tools and to integrate a new collaborative environment in construction.

Through this strategic commitment, the signatories are positioning themselves as key players in the digital transition, motivated by their spirit of innovation.

Among the members of the general companies of France.BTP, were present at the time of this signature: Philippe Trillot (Eiffage Construction), Patrick Zulian (Spie Batignolles), Mandiaye Diallo (Demathieu Bard Construction) Xavier Tournillon (Paris-West Construction) and Xavier Bezançon representing Max Roche, President of EGF.BTP.
