Eiffage Construction launches the works of the tertiary pole of the reconversion of the railroad fallow land Viotte in Besançon

Eiffage Construction is, since February 8th, 2018, the holder of the market of realization of the tertiary pole Viotte in Besançon. The teams of Eiffage Construction Burgundy Franche-Comté began to build the first part in April and will end it in September, 2019.

Lovated on a former fallow land SNCF near the station Viotte and in the city center of Besançon, the future tertiary pole, of a surface of 35 000 m², will include six office buildings, among which three in skeleton wood, including businesses and a parking lot halef buried of 320 places.
 
Realized for Sedia, semipublic company arisen from the merger of SedD and Socad, and Territory 25, these new offices will welcome the administrative pole of the Station Viotte and 850 agents of the services of the State. At the end of 2020, they will be joined by 250 agents of the Regional council.
 
The amount of the works amounts to 16 M€ (the Macro Lot 01).
 
The construction work in figures:

  • 80 000 hours of work for the main part-work (60 sharp companions)
  • 16 000 m3 of concrete
  • 1 200 tons of armatures for concrete
