The group Duval laid the foundations of Espace Révolution last wednesday. The part of the works ere confided to Eiffage Construction who welcomes 5 Sudanese taken refuge trainees on the construction site within the framework of the program HOPE (Accommodation Orientation Route towards The employment), organized by the AFPA (National Agency for the vocational training of the adults).
Le groupe Duvalconfided the realization of the main part work of the island 1 of Espace Révolution to Eiffage Construction and the control of work to the architect René Pestre.
The island 1, of a total surface of 11 000 m², will welcome:
- An Ibis style hotel of 3 300 m ²
- a residence senior in R+4 of 96 housing on 4 929m ²,
- 1400 m ² of offices,
- a day-nursery,
- 15 housing,
- two businesses and a restaurant,
- a parking lot of 122 places.
The works have just been launched for a delivery planned at the end of 2020.
Eiffage Construction welcomed these last 2 weeks 5 interns AFPA (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR ADULT VOCATIONAL TRAINING) within the framework of the project HOPE on this construction site. They are Sudanese refugees arrived in France 2 or 3 months ago. The HOPE program, supported by the Ministries of the Interior, the Work and the Accommodation, aims at facilitating the integration of the refugees in the French society and their occupational integration.
Journalist for one, the holder of a diploma 4th year university level in business for the others, they learnt the bases of building within the AFPA(NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR ADULT VOCATIONAL TRAINING) having followed hours of French learning. They will then be welcomed on various construction sites of Travaux Services teams of Eiffage Construction.
Eiffage Construction is considering the opportunity of contracts of professionalization (mason, plaquiste etc.) who will allow them to pursue their integration.
