Eiffage Construction launches the construction work on Convergence, the Danone Group’s new location in Rueil-Malmaison

Last July, Eiffage Construction won the contract to reaize a new location for the Danone group in Rueil-Malmaison. This project, called Convergence, is led by Inovalis and Pitch Promotion.

The project "Convergence" will group most of the activities of the group Danone in France. The future building will welcome approximately 1 600 people on a surface of more than 25 000 m ² distributed on 7 levels of superstructure including trays of offices and terraces. Two levels of parking lot will offer 330 parking places to the occupants.

Imagined by the Studios of Architecture ORY and Partners, this tertiary set distinguishes itself by its wavy facade and its posts in the shape of "V" in simple and double height on both sides of the building. Goyer, subsidiary of Eiffage Infrastructures, specialized in the conception and the implementation of aluminum and glass facades, will also intervene on the project.

The vegetation will occupy a major place with the presence of plants in the central patio and the raised pedestrian path. Concerning energetics, the lighting will be assured by lamps 100 % LED to optimize the consumption of the building. The building aims at the double NF certification HQE tertiary Buildings Excellent level and BREEAM mention Very Good.

The construction work began in early December for delivery in early 2020.
