Eiffage Construction, via Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, has signed a contract with Ferrero Polska for the construction of two expansions of the Ferrero Polska production plant in Belsk Duży near Grójec. The work has just begun.
8 months will be needed to build this extension of the Ferrero plant in Poland. The time for our teams to create the 2 buildings concerned: an office building connected to the production hall, the administrative building and the laboratory, of more than 3400m² and designed by the architect Blezat; as well as a new warehouse to store raw materials with a preparation hall, of almost 4000m² of surface and designed by the firm WG Studio.
The Ferrero plant in Belsk Duży has been in operation since 1997. It produces treats sold in more than 70 countries around the world and is responsible for the global production of Kinder Bueno White.

Each new project implemented for the food industry reinforces our high level of competence and experience in implementing this type of project. The latter must be carried out quickly (8 months) and, as such, it requires the appropriate organisation and coordination of the work of the entire Eiffage team."
The contract with Ferrero Polska is another major project carried out by Eiffage in the industrial construction sector. In recent years, the company has completed work for Unilever in Poznań, Volkswagen in Września and Poznań Antoninek. Currently, Eiffage is completing work for the Mercedes-Benz engine plant in Jawor near Legnica.
Delivery is scheduled for summer 2021.
