This future school complex of the 8th district of Lyon is done as part of a global contract of performance, integrating, conception, realization and maintenance for 5 years.
The realization of this ambitious project was entrusted to Eiffage Construction Rhône-Loire, Didier Dalmas Architectes, Urbalab, SNS Lavalin, Génie Acoustique, Eneos and Eiffage Énergies Thermie.
This school complex will be implanted on the site of the former factories Berliet situated in 8th Lyon. On a ground of 4 300 m ², in the angle of streets des Hérideaux and saint Agnan, he will include:
• 8 nursery classes,
• 10 elementary classes,
• A gymnasium of 299 m ²,
• A school restaurant.
The new school complex will have a maximal capacity of 534 pupils among which 264 in nursery school and 270 in elementary. The whole operation for a 17 million euro cost.
The delivery of the works of the school complex is scheduled for the end of May, 2019, to guarantee its opening for the 2019 school year start.
