Eiffage Construction began the renovation work of the tower Silex² for the company la Foncière des Régions. Located at Lyon Part-Dieu, dsecond business district of France, cette opération is currently commercialized and will be delivered at the end of 2020.
This program includes tw buildings, of a total of 30.900 m² surface. Eiffage Construction has already delivered at the beginning of 2017 the first building of offices Silex1 which was a reconstruction of an office building of 10 150 m ². This time, the teams of Eiffage Construction Confluences handle the renovation and the extension of the second building, a concrete tower of 11 600 m ².
The objective of the real estate set is to offer a high-end and innovative tertiary space within the business district of Lyon-Dieu.
Designed by Ma Architectes et Arte Charpentier,the tower will be made of a steel structure and will peak in 130 meters with an arrow 18 meters high. Silex² is going to rest on a concrete base and will be opened on the city thanks to wide glazed facades.
Silex² will offer a wide range of services to its occupants: staff canteen, cafeteria, businesses of first need, brasserie with table services at the 21st floor, a multi-services concierge's lodge, an auditorium of 140 seats and a relaxing room. Companies and employees will take advantage of services that are opened all day long to welcome customers meetings or informal points between teams.
The offices tower Silex² represents a total of 90 million euro investment.
